The hand sink next to the pizza station did not have any paper towels, and the kitchen hand sink was blocked by a pot upon arrival. Each handwashing sink shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder or bar soap, individual, disposable towels, a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel or a heated-air hand drying device, and must be maintained so that they are always accessible for employee use. *The Pizza Prep Unit is measuring an ambient temperature of 59°F and the Chicken Buffalo mixture was measuring 54°F. Time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food must be cold held at or below 41ºF. The buffalo Chicken was discarded due to being stored in the unit overnight and the other food products were relocated to the walk-in cooler. During pauses in food preparation or dispensing, food utensils may be stored on the clean portion of the food preparation table or cooking equipment only if the in-use utensil and the table or equipment are cleaned and sanitized frequently.
